UNIVERSTY PARK, Pa.- The Penn State women's tennis team heads to Chapel Hill, North Carolina for the 11th annual Kitty Harrison Hidden Dual, the final tournament of the fall season for the Nittany Lions. The tournament will be played at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center with select matches taking place at Duke University.
The three day tournament begins Friday, November 7 and continues through Sunday, Novemeber 9. Doubles play begins the tournament beginning at 9:00 a.m. with singles play following at 1:00 p.m.
The event features 13 teams competing, including: North Carolina, Duke, North Carolina State, Virginia, Virginia Tech, Wake Forest , East Carolina, William & Mary, Elon, Davidson, USC, and Maryland.
Doubles partners for the weekend include Katia Blik/Katherine Whiteaway, Taylor Shukow/Liyin Xu, and Melissa Minniti /Lisa Petruzillo.
The Nittany Lions will have two months to prepare for the spring season. The spring season begins January 18 when the ladies open with Tulane.
