UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -
Penn State begins play as the No. 13 seed in the Big Ten Tournament, taking on 12th-seeded Nebraska at 4:30 p.m. ET Wednesday from the United Center in Chicago. The game will air on ESPN2.
