3 Meter Finals/3 Meter Prelims
BUFFALO, N.Y. - Led by senior T.J. Schenkel's (Richboro, Pa.) 12th place finish in the three meter final, Penn State closed out competition at the NCAA Zone `A' Diving Championships, Tuesday.
Schenkel's 12 dive score of 641.45 put him just five spots out of contention for the NCAA Championships. He finished prelims in 13th with a 318.75 mark.
Other divers competing in the three meter at UB included freshman Connor Scanlon (Laurel, Md.), who placed 35th with a six dive score of 245.70. Fellow freshman Travis Wright (Derby, N.Y.) finished 47th with his 200.80 tally.
