LAST TIME OUT- Florida Relays/ Stanford Invitational
Penn State took part in two meets this past weekend, Stanford Invite; Florida Relays, with the women's 4x800-meter relay rewriting the school record in the event Saturday afternoon.

At the Florida Relays, Penn State pieced together a 4x800-meter relay that crossed the finish line and shot right to the top of the Penn State laurels.
Marissa Sheva, Julie Kocjancic, Frances Bull and Danae Rivers teamed up to run 8:38.17 topping the mark of 8:39.44 set by Caitlin Lane, Rebekka Simko, Kalyn Fisher and Maura Ryan in 2011.

One similarity between the old school record relay team and the new record holders is they both had a Penn State women's soccer player on the respective relays.
Maura Ryan was a member of the women's soccer team from 2006-2009, while Sheva completed her sophomore season of Nittany Lion soccer this past fall and was a member of the 2015 NCAA Championship team.
Isaiah Harris made his 2017 outdoor debut with a spectacular performance at the Florida Relays this past weekend.
Harris opened up in his signature event - 800-meters - posting the No. 1 time in NCAA that also holds as the No. 2 time in the world for all of 2017 including both indoor and outdoor seasons.

Harris returned the following day to team up with Bobby Hill, Domenic Perretta, Jordan Makins as the men's 4x800-meter relay recorded the No. 10 time in program history with their second-place finish in a time of 7:18.70.

Rivers, who was a member on the aforementioned 4x800-meter relay that set the school record, also had individual performance that ranks as the second-fastest 1,500-meter on the books for Penn State.

The freshman ran 4:16.33 in the 1,500-meters that currently ranks as the No. 8 mark in the NCAA as well as No. 1 in the Big Ten.

At the Stanford Invitational, Jillian Hunsberger recorded a 10th-place finish in the 5,000-meters posting a time of 16:06.21 that fell just over five-seconds off her personal best from this past indoor season when the Pittsburgh native ran 16:01.90 at the Big Ten Indoor Championships in Geneva, Ohio.

Hunsberger's mark also ranks as the No. 7 time in program history joining a list that also features three other current Nittany Lions; Tori Gerlach, Elizabeth Chikotas and Tessa Barrett.

Kathryn Munks finished third in her section of the 5K with her time of 16:28.57 - a new personal best time.

Timothy McGowan, representing the Penn State men's team at the Stanford invitational, finished the meet with a new outdoor personal best in the event. McGowan ran 14:08.40 over the 12.5 lap race missing his all-time best in the event of 14:04.38 set at the Husky Classic by just over four seconds.
