Fencing to host Penn State Invitational this Sunday

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Penn State men's and women's fencing teams return to the White Building Sunday, Jan. 12, for their final home dual of the 2019-2020 season. The teams will fence against Yale, Columbia, University of Pennsylvania, Duke, North Carolina and Haverford. Additionally, the Penn State women's fencing team will fence Temple. Round One is set to start at 8:30am and matches will continue throughout the day.
 
Senior team members will be recognized before Sunday's action as part of the Senior Day celebrations.
 
Fencing for the men on Sunday will be:
 
Foil – Sebastiano Bicego (Vicenza, Italy), Andrew Grass (Burke, Va.), Shane Iverson (Basking Ridge, N.J.), Andrey Ostatnigrosh (Fresno, Calif.), Nicholas Prince (Brooklyn, N.Y.), and Felipe Rosario (Maplewood, N.J.).
 
Epee – Tylen Butler (Charlotte, N.C.), Elias Cole (Chappaqua, N.Y.), Ryan Griffiths (Fair Lawn, N.J.), Alex Konert (Bristol, R.I.), Jonathan Piskovatskov (Houston, Texas), Devin Tafoya (Highlands Ranch, Colo.), and Demetri Zacharakis (Houston, Texas).
