By providing your video, photographs, and words of encouragement (the “Submission”) through this website, you represent and warrant that you have the sole right to provide this Submission to Penn State and the Submission does not infringe any third party rights. By providing this Submission, you hereby grant a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free right and license to Penn State to use, exploit, adapt, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform and display the Submission for use in promotional, educational, informational, advertising or commercial materials and communications in any from now known or later developed. Furthermore, you hereby irrevocably authorize and consent to the use of your name, image, likeness, biographical information, and voice in the Submission for any purpose deemed appropriate by Penn State for no compensation.
