UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – The Big Ten Network will host Penn State Day Tuesday with 24 consecutive hours of Nittany Lion programming beginning at 6 a.m.
Penn State Day features the men's hockey, men's lacrosse, football, women's volleyball, men's basketball, wrestling and women's soccer programs. Programming begins at 6 a.m. on Tuesday and concludes Wednesday at 6 a.m.
Penn State Day opens at 6 a.m. with the 2017 Big Ten Men's Hockey Championship game where the fourth-seeded Nittany Lions upset No. 2 seed Wisconsin to win their first Big Ten title. Another Big Ten Championship performance follows as the men's lacrosse team defeats Johns Hopkins for the 2019 Big Ten Tournament crown.
Among the Penn State football programming Tuesday are replays of the 2007 Alamo Bowl against Texas A&M (10 a.m.), the 2010 Capital One Bowl vs. LSU (11 a.m.), the 2013 Michigan-Penn State game (8 p.m.), 2016 Big Ten Championship Game vs. Wisconsin (10 p.m.), 2019 Penn State-Michigan game (2 a.m.) and 2019 Penn State-Iowa game (3 a.m.). In addition, the Big Ten Elite episodes featuring the 1986 team (noon) and the 2016 squad (11 p.m.).
The women's volleyball games airing Penn State day include the 2018 Nebraska-Penn State match (1 p.m.), 2018 Minnesota-Penn State contest (2 p.m.) and 2019 Illinois-Penn State meeting (3 p.m.).
Men's basketball follows the trio of women's volleyball matches with the 2013 Michigan-Penn State game at 4 p.m., 2018 Penn State-Ohio State contest at 5 p.m. and the 2020 Iowa-Penn State game at 6 p.m.
Rounding out the coverage are the 2020 Ohio State-Penn State wrestling match from the Bryce Jordan Center at midnight and the 2019 Big Ten Women's Soccer Championship Game against Michigan at 4 a.m.
