Welcome to Hockey Valley: Lexi Bedier

Penn State women's hockey welcomes six newcomers to the 2021-22 roster as the Nittany Lions aim to defend their first-ever CHA regular season championship title. 

Head Coach Jeff Kampersal and the entire women's hockey program are happy to welcome the newest student-athletes to Hockey Valley. 

"After a well-deserved break in May, the Nittany Lions are all busy getting better, said Kampersal. "These six players will significantly add to our already motivated team."

Played for Rink Hockey Academy Kelowna of the CSSHL in 2020-21 and Pursuit of Excellence from 2018-20...Won CSSHL title and Stoney Creek Sabres University Showcase in 2018-19 season...Recorded 20 points in 41 games played from 2018-21.

Full name is Alexis Gillespie Bedier...Parents are Sue and Bob Bedier...Father, Bob, won a Centennial Cup with the Red Deer Rustlers in the AHL...Has one brother, Jon...Intends to major in a business-related field...Born June 11, 2003 in Calgary, Alberta.
