LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Penn State women's tennis team made an impressive showing at the ITA Atlantic Regional Championships.
Sofiya Chekhlystova and Yvonne Zuffova both made it to the quarterfinals of main draw singles. Chekhlystova advanced to the semifinals, but ultimately fell to Selma Cadar of Maryland, 3-6, 6-4, 6-3.
Throughout the tournament, the Nittany Lions picked up 10 singles wins and five doubles wins.
