  • Allar connected on an 8-yard touchdown pass with Theo Johnson in the fourth quarter.
  • The Ohio native scored on an 11-yard rush in the second quarter. It was his fifth career rushing touchdown.
  • Allar had a both a rushing and passing touchdown in the same game for the fourth time in his career.
  • He caught a 4-yard reception from Kaytron Allen to convert a fourth down attempt in the second quarter. It was his first career reception.
  • Allar now has 21 season touchdown passes, tied for eighth with Tony Sacca (1991), Kerry Collins (1994) and Sean Clifford (2021).

 
Theo Johnson

  • TE Theo Johnson hauled in an 8-yard touchdown reception in the fourth quarter.
  • It was his 10th career touchdown reception, tied fifth all-time at Penn State, with teammate Tyler Warren, for touchdown catches by a tight end.

 
Kaytron Allen

  • RB Kaytron Allen finished the game with a team-high 72 rushing yards and averaged six yards per carry.
  • He had a 34-yard run in the second quarter.
  • Allen completed a 4-yard pass to Drew Allar to convert a fourth down attempt in the second quarter. It was his first career pass attempt and completion.
  • Allen's 72 rushing yards give him 1,512 yards on the ground for his career, moving into 29th all-time at Penn State.
