Softball Series with Rutgers Adjusted Due to Weather

Nittany Lions will now face Scarlet Knights in Friday doubleheader, game three of series remains TBD

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Due to inclement weather forecasted in Central Pennsylvania over the weekend, Penn State softball's Big Ten Conference series against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights will feature a modified schedule. 

Penn State will now compete in a doubleheader at Nittany Lion Softball Park & Beard Field against Rutgers on Friday, April 6, with first pitch slated for 4 p.m. (ET) in game one, with game two slated to follow approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the lid-lifter. The third game of the series will be played at a date and time to be determined, either Saturday or Sunday, April 5 or 6. Penn State’s schedule will be updated following Friday night’s competitions. All three games will be streamed live worldwide via B1G+. A table with updated game information is listed below.
