Sport Camps Updates
- Online registration will be available the day of camp during the check-in time if the camp is NOT full.
- Parents, family members, and other guests will NOT be permitted within the camp registration site.
- Parents, family members, and other guests may be permitted to view camp from a designated area depending on the facility.

Participant Retrieval Guidelines for Campers Who are Sick
Day Programs
- Immediately inform the parent(s)/guardian(s) of the concern and enact the retrieval process
- Parent(s)/Guardian(s) should plan to retrieve their child as soon as possible
- The participant can remain in the proximity of the program until the parent arrives to retrieve their child
- Masking is required
Residential Programs
- Immediately inform the parent(s)/guardians(s) of the concern and enact the retrieval process.
- The parent/guardian will be given up to 24 hours to retrieve their child.
- If the participant drove themselves to camp, with parental permission, they can drive themselves home immediately if feeling well enough to do so.
- The participant should remain in their assigned room.
- The roommate should be moved to a new, clean room.
- Meals will be delivered during isolation.
- Camp staff, who will be housed on the same floor, will routinely check-in with the participant via cell phone.

- Because of the possibility that a participant may be required to isolate or quarantine for a period of time until they are picked up, parent(s)/guardians(s) should consider their child’s mental and emotional preparedness for this situation.
- If a participant is a close contact of an infected person during the camp and is symptomatic, they will be quarantined, tested and the parent(s)/guardian(s) emergency pick-up guidelines will apply.
