Sophomore Scott Jacobs saw limited action in 2006 and heads into the new campaign hoping to earn more playing time. A defender from Texas, Jacobs will have the chance to play his way into more game time for Penn State.

Born July 2, 1986...all-district and Golden State Tournament MVP as a sophomore...first team all-conference and all-state as a junior...played in Texas All-Star game that year, earning game MVP laurels...first team all-conference and all-state as a senior...helped guide team to two straight conference titles in 2004 and 2005....won conference Sportsmanship Award in 2005 as well...son of Dennis and Beth Jacobs...one brother, Matt...considering an industrial engineering major at Penn State.
