CHA Goalie of the Month (Sept./Oct.)...CHA Rookie of the Week (10/24)...Three-time CHA Goalie of the Week honoree (10/31, 11/14 & 1/2)...Played in 17 games, which included 16 starts, during her freshman campaign...Posted a record of 5-8-2...Finished the season with a goals-against average of 2.87, a save percentage of .909, and made 461 saves in 961:11 minutes played...Tallied 30-or-more saves six times...Set Nittany Lion freshman goaltending records in saves (461), wins (five) and shutouts (three)...In her Nittany Lion debut at Union, Paniccia recorded 40 saves en route to an 8-1 victory (10/7)...Paniccia posted three-straight shutouts (10/21-28)...Tallied her first career shutout in a 0-0 tie at UConn (10/21)...Recorded back-to-back shutouts at RIT (10/27-28)...Posted a career-best 47-save outing in a 2-1 loss at No. 8 Quinnipiac (12/30).
BEFORE PENN STATE
Played for three seasons with the Oakville Junior Hornets of the Provincial Women's Hockey League (PWHL)...During the 2015-16 season, Paniccia posted a record of 14-4-1...On the year, she made 364 saves, recorded a save percentage of .938, a goals-against average of 1.23 and posted seven shutouts...The Oakville Junior Hornets were named the Provincial finalists in 2015-16...Paniccia went 17-2-2 in net during 2014-15...In 2014-15, Paniccia made 320 saves, tallied a save percentage of .928, a goals-against average of 1.32 and recorded seven shutouts...Became the 17th goalie in the PWHL to tally 10 career shutouts...Finished her PWHL career ranked second in shutouts with 14.
