Bobby White joined the staff in March 2001. He is responsible for Marketing and Operations for Suites and Club Seats at Beaver Stadium.
Prior to joining the Development staff, Bob coached special teams and the defensive line for the Penn State Football team in 2000. He also worked for 4 1/2 years (1995 - 2000) as an assistant to the Athletic Director in the office of Student Services. His primary function in that role was to insure the certification/admission of incoming freshmen athletes of Penn State's 29 varsity sports.
From 1992 - 1995 he worked as the Director of Legislative Affairs in the office of Government Affairs. While in D. C. Bob represented the University on Capitol Hill. From 1989 - 1992, he worked in Undergraduate Admissions in Alumni Relations and Recruitment.
Bob has both his Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from Penn State. White was Co-Captain of the 1986 National Championship Penn State Football team.
