University Park, Pa. - The swimming and diving teams will close out their home schedule on Friday as the Nittany Lions host West Chester for a 3:00 p.m. dual meet at McCoy Natatorium. Nine seniors will be swimming and diving for the final time at home: Clare Clemens, Molly Crispell, Kim Peifer, Kristin Smith, Sean Biedermann, Pat Bukowski, Rob Felty, Kyle Miranda and Sean Swanepoel.
Friday's meet is also the beginning of the last weekend of the regular season for the women's team. The women (9-0 in dual meets this year) will travel to Rutgers for a 1:00 p.m. dual meet on Saturday. That will be all for the regular season competition for the women, who will not compete again after this weekend until Big Ten Championships next month. The women will be looking to complete a second straight undefeated season in dual meets. They went 11-0 last year and have not dropped a dual meet since the end of the 2005-06 season, winning their last 23 straight.

The men will be competing only on Friday this weekend, and they will be looking to improve on their 7-1 dual meet record this year. They will have one more meet prior to next month's Big Ten Championships when they travel to Michigan for a tri-meet with Michigan and Ohio State next weekend.
