Grant's pair of goals came within less than a minute of each other to cap off the Nittany Lion scoring on Sunday.

The lions were dominant when it came to possession throughout the match as they outshot their neighbors to the north 23-4.

"We are a long way from 90 minute match fitness however I was very pleased with some of our passing which we have worked very hard on this winter," said head coach Bob Warming. "For long periods in the match our possessions and decision-making were very good, now the players need to work on their match fitness as we prepare for the rest of the spring schedule."

That schedule continues Saturday, Mar. 21 with a contest against intrastate rival Bucknell at 5 p.m. inside Holuba Hall.

The Lions are coming off a 2014 campaign that saw them go 13-6-1 and advance to the NCAA's second round for the second straight season.
