MLAX Jumps Into National Rankings

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Penn State men's lacrosse team found themselves back in the weekly rankings after their 12-4 win at Ohio State last Saturday. The Nittany Lions are now ranked No. 18 in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Poll, No. 16 in the Nike/US Lacrosse poll, and No. 15 in the Inside Lacrosse Maverick Media Poll.



The Nittany Lions moved back into the national rankings after an impressive 12-4 victory over Ohio State in Columbus last Saturday. Penn State saw sophomore goalie Colby Kneese record a season-best 16 saves, while only allowing for goals, and posting two shut-out quarters. Offensively senior Ryan Keenan registered a hat trick, and junior Kevin Hill added two goals and two assists on the afternoon.



Penn State will return to action on Sunday, April 8, as the Nittany Lions host No. 2 Maryland at Panzer Stadium.
