Nittany Lions in the NFL: Week 13

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – A total of 45 Penn State football alumni are populating the rosters of 26 National Football League organizations. The Nittany Lions annually rank among the top 20 programs nationally in producing players in the NFL.

Parker Washington made highlight reels around the country on Monday night as he hauled in his first NFL touchdown on a deflected pass that tied the Jacksonville-Cincinnati game in the third quarter. The Jaguars rookie wideout finished with six grabs for 61 yards and also returned two kickoffs for 51 yards in his excellent outing. Texans offensive lineman Juice Scruggs made his first start as a pro in his second game since returning from the IR. Scruggs played every offensive snap for Houston as it took down the Titans on Sunday.

Micah Parsons sits sixth in the NFL in both tackles for loss (13) and sacks (11.5) through week 13 of the NFL season.
