UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – Florence Caron finished second overall in the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational on Friday, Sept. 27, helping the Nittany Lion women’s cross country team finish tenth overall out of 25 teams in the meet.

“I'm extremely pleased with how we competed today,” said head coach John Gondak. “Last year we were 27th at this meet and this year, we jumped all the way to tenth.  It really shows has this team has grown over this last year. We look forward to getting back to training to prepare for the end of the season.”
