COACHES VIEW:
'Joe is a student of the face off game. He has developed into a very fine technition on the face off, to compliment his ability to grind it out with any opponent for the draw. We have always felt his wrestling background helps in maintaining position on the ball and the opponent. Joe is a fine leader, and has always been a very energetic, vocal supporter of teammates on offense and defense.' -- Coach Thiel
